A Wind Mitigation Inspection is a brief but thorough inspection that will help determine whether your property can withstand winds and storms and thereby reduce your homeowner's insurance rates considerably (typically $500-$1,000 per year).  Quantex will verify construction methods that create wind mitigation discounts from your insurance company.  Windows in your home as well as doors are inspected  to ensure they can withstand high winds. Roof Condition Certification is also known as a Roof Certification.  Quantex Home Inspections can perform a Roof Condition Certification inspection for you in all of Tampa Bay, Clearwater, St. Petersburg and all the surrounding areas and counties.
